應拆下裝載機蓄電池，將蓄電池放置在干燥和防凍處。要保持裝載機蓄電池表面的清潔干燥，嚴禁在蓄電池上放置導電物體。拆裝載機的蓄電池時(shí)，首先要切斷負極線(xiàn)，然后再切斷正極線(xiàn)。安裝時(shí)，要先連接正極線(xiàn)，再連接負極線(xiàn)。因工程機械電氣系統都是負極搭鐵，這是為了防止拆裝裝載機蓄電池時(shí)，造成短路。
